Very Good ☺ The apartment was super clean and modern. Location is awasome. The terrace is also great where you can take a cup of coffee made by a coffee station you have in the kitchen. ☹ There is no elevator for now Quite noisy at night

Delicious, Nice, extensive and nice apartment! ☺Everything!! Beautiful, Nice, complete and spacious apartment. Beautiful, luxe, extensive, nice beds and we had our own roof terrace. Shared washing machine, also ideal! Nice tapas places in front of the door, rest of the city within walking distance. The apartment is also very quiet and peaceful. Great price too. ☹Nothing!

Great apartment but location could be better. ☹ The internal building and apartment were lovely, clean and very well kept. We expected the apartment to be in a quiet location, as mentioned in some of the reviews, however it was very noisy as it is next to an adjoining road which cars and motorbikes pass through so the sound of traffic is pretty constant. Also the bin collections are late in the night which was a problem trying to sleep. We did ask for a change of room but they were all booked up.

Very good location to visit Seville on foot and good value for money ☺The location, the bedding, the shower , sound insulation, reception service ☹ WC not separate, almost open to the studio. Equipped kitchen but no table and chairs for eating
